Please review these Terms of Service carefully before engaging with HTCortex software engineering, custom enterprise platforms, or applied AI automation services[cite: 1].
By accessing our website, executing a statement of work (SOW), or utilizing any enterprise software architecture, custom CRM, or AI pipeline developed by HTCortex, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service[cite: 1]. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity.
HTCortex specializes in high-throughput enterprise software development, multi-tenant cloud infrastructure, custom ERP systems, and applied AI automation integrations[cite: 1].
The exact deliverables, timelines, milestone breakdowns, and technical specifications for any engagement will be explicitly outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or master services agreement (MSA) executed between HTCortex and the client.
Upon full receipt of agreed compensation and final project milestones, HTCortex transfers complete ownership of custom-built source code and proprietary deliverables created specifically for the client, as stipulated in the project SOW.
However, HTCortex retains sole ownership of pre-existing frameworks, reusable developer libraries, internal AI models, architectural blueprints, and general toolsets utilized to accelerate software deployment.
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate technical requirements, timely API access, necessary credentials, and constructive feedback during active sprint cycles.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business logic, database structures, security keys, and trade secrets shared during the project lifecycle.
Billing structures (such as milestone-based payments, retainers, or fixed-contract quotes) are detailed within individual project proposals. Delays in milestone sign-offs or invoice settlements may result in a temporary pause of active development sprints and cloud pipeline deployments until accounts are brought current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HTCortex shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, operational downtime, or revenue disruption—arising out of or related to the use of delivered software systems.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan[cite: 1], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the operational region.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant revisions will be highlighted on our platform with an updated effective date. For legal inquiries, compliance questions, or contract reviews, reach out directly to our engineering management team.
